Once a year, we open up limited access to our premium ranch-raised Beefmaster cattle, born, raised, and finished right here on Monteith Ranch in Salado, Texas. These shares are part of our annual harvest — a direct connection between our pasture and your plate.
Our cattle are grass-raised and grain-finished, with no hormones, no antibiotics, and no shortcuts. It’s real beef, raised the right way — with care, intention, and respect for the land we’ve stewarded for generations.
By purchasing a quarter, half, or whole share, you’re investing in quality, sustainability, and a freezer full of local Texas beef — expertly butchered, vacuum sealed, and delivered (or available for local pickup) starting August 1, 2026.
