By entering Monteith Ranch property or participating in ranch-related activities (including hunting, fishing, lodging, or use of vehicles and firearms), guests voluntarily assume the risks associated with outdoor recreation and exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, as described in our Liability Waiver.
Dangerous Conditions Disclosure
Guests are advised that ranch activities may include exposure to wildlife (including venomous species), firearms, elevated blinds, rough terrain, and environmental hazards. These conditions are natural and inherent to the ranch environment. Monteith Ranch disclaims all warranties regarding land safety and assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury, or property damage.
Alcohol and Firearms
Guests consuming alcohol are expected to do so responsibly. Firearms must be handled in accordance with ranch safety protocols. No hunting or firearm use is allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises.
Minors
Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for supervising minors. Any liability resulting from the actions or injuries of minors falls solely on their accompanying adults, as detailed in our waiver.
Media Consent
By participating in activities on Monteith Ranch or submitting photos/testimonials, you consent to the use of such materials in ranch promotional efforts, unless a written request to opt out is submitted.
